100% Sauvignon Blanc
Located to the south of the Via Domitia, the terroir mainly consists of ancient terraces called ‘Costières’ – dating back to the Pliocene period – overlooking the Etang de Thau lagoon and the Mediterranean sea. The geological structure of these coastal hills being limestone, red marl, clay, sand and stone.
Very pale golden yellow, transparent with green highlights.
The nose is a burst of aromas : citrus fruit, orange blossom, bergamot orange, boxwood with a hint of exotic notes.
The attack is lively and full of freshness.
The mouth has aromas of citrus fruit, white-flesh fruit and flowers (mainly elderberries).
The finish is very refreshing.
