100% Muscat à Petits Grains (small-grain grapes)
Located to the south of the Via Domitia, the terroir mainly consists of an ancient terrace called ‘Costière’ – dating back to the Pliocene period – overlooking the Etang de Thau lagoon and the Mediterranean sea. The geological structure of these coastal hills being limestone, marl and clay.
Vibrantly shiny bright yellow colour with golden highlights.
The nose is very rich in aromas : fresh Muscat grape and flowers (essence of rose petals).
A bouquet that is explosive and complex.
The attack is fresh.
The mouth is of the same complexity as the bouquet : an aromatic explosion of flower perfume and intense Muscat.
The finish is very refreshing with citrus fruit notes.

Serve as an aperitif, with tartare of smoked salmon with avocado and pink berries, with crayfish, lobster or fish cooked in a savoury sauce with citrus fruit and dill.
