Located to the south of the Via Domitia, the terroir mainly consists of ancient terraces called ‘Costières’ – dating back to the Pliocene period – overlooking the Etang de Thau lagoon and the Mediterranean sea. The geological structure of these coastal hills being limestone, red marl, clay, sand and stone.
And to the north of the Via Domitia, growing mainly in chalky limestone soil dating back from the Cretaceous or the Miocene periods, three alternate and distinct areas of : garrigues, pinewoods, vineyards.
Vibrant, intense pale yellow with green highlights.
Very delicate with citrus notes (grapefruit), floral notes (white flowers) together with mineral and light seawater notes.
Attack is a burst of supple and delicate aromas.
Full and round mouth with a good length and a mouth-feel finesse with intense bouquet of ripe citrus fruit.
The finish is fresh and lingers on the palate.
This anniversary vintage strikes a perfect balance between crisp freshness and harmonious tones.
